Return and Exchange Policy

We hold ourselves to the highest standard of customer service, and we want you to love your new kicks! If for any reason you are unhappy with your order, you may return it to us for a full refund or exchange.

Please ship all returns to our retail store in Austin, TX within 14 days of receiving your order.  Your merchandise must be returned in its original condition, unworn and unwashed. Prior to shipping, we request that you contact our customer service reps to inform them that you will be returning an item(s). Unfortunately, Nice Kicks cannot cover or refund the price of return shipping. We can only refund the cost of merchandise. If Nice Kicks is at fault however, please contact us to discuss pre-paid shipping.

International Returns

Nice Kicks cannot generate pre-paid international shipping labels for under any circumstance.

If you're returning an item because of an error made by Nice Kicks, please contact us at shop@shopnicekicks.com to discuss shipping arrangements. If we are decidedly responsible for the issues warranting a return or exchange, we can refund or reimburse the shipping price immediately after you provide us with proof of shipment/cost. The remaining amount will be refunded when we receive and process your item(s).

As with domestic returns, you will have 14 days from the day you receive your package to ship to the address below.

PLEASE NOTE: Nice Kicks can not cancel/refund/return an international order when a customer "refuses" to pay taxes/fees/tariffs associated with importing, and abandons the package. Customers are expected pay the fees that their shipments accrue, or their right to a refund will be refused. More information can be found on our international shipping page under "landed Cost".
